Chart notes
H P BIG HOPE took the lead while angling to the inside and rated the pace, kept Make Way at his outer flank leaving the half mile pole, drew away at the rail on the far turn then taken in hand the final sixteenth. RIGHTEOUS MAN saved ground off the pace, bid nearing the three eighths pole, rounded the far turn in the six path then steadily closed through the stretch to take second the final yards. LUFTY'S KISSES rounded the first turn in the five path and settled back toward the outside leaving the second turn, bid nearing the five sixteenths pole, came through the far turn in the five path then outfinished for second late. MAKE WAY stalked the earlier pace off the rail, engaged in close chase from the half mile pole but dropped back toward the quarter, ran in the three path of the far turn and weakened in the lane. PRINCIPALITY settled in the four path, bid toward the seven sixteenths pole then weakened in the three path of the far turn. GABBYS BIG NOTION settled off the rail, picked up the chase from the seven sixteenths pole but showed little response. EARTHQUAKEDIRECTOR was through after a half mile.
