Chart notes
ZELIG had good position early, angled out three wide in the stretch, closed determinedly and was up in the final strides. ELLE'SBIGSEACRET dueled, early, gained a clear lead in the stretch and was caught in the last jumps. TRAGICALLY QUEWICK was never far back, rallied in the stretch four wide and finished well to be gaining. AMERICAN UNION had good position on the inside and closed a gap late. COOL RUNNINGS was never far back and was no threat. KEYED ON TOP contended early three wide and gave way. ICONIC raced wide and was no menace. The rider of TRAGICALLY QUEWICK claimed foul against the rider of ZELIG for alleged interference at the quarter pole. After viewing the tape the stewards took no action.
