Chart notes
MIDNIGHT SHIFT three deep early would shake clear on the turn drawing off to a big lead in upper stretch holding up under a drive along the rail. AWESOME OX pressed early chasing while angling out on the turn extending four wide down the lane closing the gap late. REDMARK a step slow early lost ground to upper stretch gaining late six wide. SWINGIN FRIAR raced evenly moving along the inside down the lane gaining some late. RED MESA pressed early between horses chasing wide to upper stretch weakening there. BRIAR JUMPER played no factor. GATTO MARRONE faded on the turn. YENISEY was always outrun.
