SKIDSTREAM prompted the pace taking a short lead on the backside edging clear on the far turn digging in along the inside down the stretch keeping a nose down on the wire under heavy pressure. HUNTER SCOTT rallied on the far turn looming abreast rival into upper stretch bearing down late missing on the wire. LIGHTNING JACK close up early would drop back on the far turn racing inside down the lane managing to hold position late. NEW YEAR SURPRISE slow early played no factor. RUSSIAN TANK pressed the early pace fading on the far turn.
