Chart notes

DEB'S GUNFIGHTER stalked the early pace four wide, made a three wide bid on the turn, drew off in the final furlong to prove much the best, driving. GANDI vied for the early lead two wide, then dueled for the lead with the winner on the inside on the turn, could not go with that rival in the furlong grounds while staying on to be clearly second best. DOWNTOWNCHALYBROWN bobbled at the start, then rushed up the inside to press the early pace, then was stalking the pace on the inside on the turn and weakened, bested rest. SPOOKY ONE stalked the early pace and weakened. BLUEBERRY MASH showed no early speed and lacked a rally. MORNING MARCH vied for the lead three wide and weakened. DR ZRADA was rated early, advanced four wide by the quarter pole, then went bad and fell leaving the three sixteenths and was vanned off. THE STEWARDS POSTED AN INQUIRY INTO THE STRETCH RUN BUT AFTER REVIEW THE RACE WAS LEFT AS IS.
