AZTEC PRINCESS mid pack and inside, moved up two and three wide through the second turn, came four wide into the stretch, dueled with TOTAL SMOKESHOW the final furlong and edged ahead in the final strides. COMPASS RISES allowed to settle, gained position inside through the second turn, angled three wide into the stretch, made a steady gain, then angled out in the late going and edged for the place. TOTAL SMOKESHOW tracked the pace, saved ground through the turn, angled out to bid outside the leader into the stretch, made a steady gain, dueled with the winner the final furlong and weakened late. VIVID EXPOSURE sprinted to a long lead soon after the start, held sway to the furlong marker, then weakened late and held a share. CLOUDY BAY allowed to settle, looped up three and four wide through the second turn, fanned widest into the stretch gaining, then weakened the final furlong. EYE OF THE STORM mid pack and outside, ran evenly for a half and faded. ESTABLISHMENT rated close up and inside, faded on the two path through the second turn.
