Chart notes
WINIT was slow into stride and spotted the front a few lengths, quickly moved to the outside under guidance by the rider, advanced outside to make a bid before the half-mile pole, vied in the three to four path around the turn, gained the lead inside the five-sixteenths, was set down into upper stretch, drifted in near the eighth-pole, came under a left-handed crop in the final furlong and held under strong urging. MONEY SUPPLY was rated just off the pace, came under encouragement in the three path early on the turn, moved to the four path later on that bend, was driven five wide into the stretch, pursued the winner in the drive and was outfinished while clear for the place. THREE JOKERS showed speed on the outside, was asked in the two path while inside of the winner around the turn, lost the advantage inside the five-sixteenths, fought under a drive in upper stretch, dropped back into the final furlong and weakened but was clear for the show. LUNI SIMA moved out then was reserved on the inside of a foe, went three wide early on the turn, dropped to the two path while asked near the five-sixteenths then split rivals, swung five wide into the stretch, remained on his inside lead in the drive and lacked the needed response. HIPPODROME settled towards the rear, saved ground around the turn, moved out in the stretch and failed to threaten. TRIPLE ELVIS moved in while showing speed, dropped just off the pace near the nine-sixteenths, was asked while inside to the two path on the turn, chased under a drive into upper stretch and tired. PERCEIVED moved out then settled on the outside, was roused four wide on the turn and was no factor. SHIPSATIONAL moved in then was rated off the pace, came under urging late on the backstretch, dropped back at the seven-sixteenths, went two to three wide on the turn and had nothing left.
