Chart notes
HIGH KELLY SONG vied four wide for the early lead, dueled inside of ICE BOX INDY through the final turn, held the advantage in stretch and edged clear. REMARKABLE ELI hurried inside, dropped back nearing the quarter pole, rallied inside late stretch to earn place. ICE BOX INDY vied outside, fanned three wide on the turn, dueled outside of HIGH KELLY SONG but was unable to sustain the bid that was needed and was caught late settling for show. OUTLAWED IN TEXAS lacked early foot, gained closer order under urging, and flattened. BETTIN ON BELLE bumped leaving, was gapped and lodged a mild bid. SOMETHIN HAPPENIN broke inward into BETTIN ON BELLE, rated off the pace, and was unable to improve position in the stretch. STALWART BOY vied between foes in the early stages, and was outrun.
