Chart notes
JACKIE DANE dueled early, shook clear on the turn, remained well clear in mid stretch and lasted late under firm handling. VOLUME OF TRUST was unhurried early, rallied five wide in the stretch, closed fast and was gaining. THE GOSPEL OF MARK raced mid pack early, saved ground in the stretch and had mild bid. GIBBY MY CORN pressed the pace three wide and went evenly late. TWINSPIREDJOEY chased the winner and faded in the stretch. STARS N SPACE settled early, rallied on the turn five wide and drew close, flattened out in the stretch. MARVIN'S EXPRESS raced close up early was weakened in the lane. DASH OF FIRE saved ground, and was no menace. CLASSIC VOLUME raced mid pack and lacked a late response. DAVIS HAT had brief foot and was through early. COLOR CODED was outrun.
