Chart notes
OPTIMAL COURAGE set a well handled pace from the start, drew off in late stretch and was kept to a drive in the end. IMA BLING CAT chased the early pace while inside into the turn, made a bid in upper stretch but came up empty in late stretch. POMEROY HAZE chased the early pace while two wide into the turn, made a bid but raced evenly in late stretch. ELECTORAL was unhurried early and raced two wide on the turn, was bumped at the top of the stretch and made a mild rally but was no menace. SAMURAI CAUSE was inside on the turn and no menace in the stretch. CARL G chased the early pace while three wide on the backstretch, made a bid then faltered in the stretch drive. HAMAZING WISDOM was three wide on the turn then lugged in and bumped then was rank and eased up by the jockey in late stretch and walked off.
