Chart notes
BEVERLY PARK rated close inside on the opening turn, challenged toward the three eighths pole and took the nod two deep and between horses at the five sixteenths, contested the edge at the rail on the far turn, drew clear into the lane and was hand ridden to widen. TRINGALE stalked off the rail, made a three wide bid nearing the three eighths pole and raced close two deep on the far turn, dropped back into the stretch but held on for second. E J'S REVENGE rated the pace inside, came under pressure leaving the three eighths pole and was caught at the five sixteenths, dropped back at the rail approaching the quarter pole, eased out into the lane and flattened stride. GOLDEN APPEAL saved ground, picked up the chase nearing the three eighths pole, rounded the far turn at the rail and ran evenly in the lane. MASAI MAN settled off the rail early, picked up the chase from the seven sixteenths pole, ran in the three path of the far turn then flattened the final sixteenth. KING NEKIA was shuffled back at the start and raced hemmed in through the front stretch, rounded the first turn in the three and four paths, gave chase leaving the three eighths pole, ran near the rail on the far turn and showed little further. SHERIFF CHIP stalked the early pace three wide, gave chase nearing the three eighths pole then faded through the far turn. MY CANDY BIZ raced off the pace in the four and five paths the first turn, left the turn outside and showed little response.
