RAMIRIN trailed through the far turn, circled his field through the stretch under right handed urging and was along in time. THISPOINTINTIME was fractious in the gate, allowed to settle, rallied four then three wide into the stretch, made the lead near the furlong marker, drifted causing his rider to checked about seventy yards from the start and finished clear for second. TRADEOFF away alertly, set a pressured pace inside rivals through the far turn, drifted to the five path, gave up the lead at the furlong marker then was outfinished. LEND AMERICA failed to menace. RAL COPPERHEADROAD stalked the early pace, moved closer three wide on the far turn then came up empty. STAYIN OR STRAYIN pressed the pace two wide into the stretch then gave way. THE STEWARDS POSTED THE INQUIRY SIGN AND THE RIDER OF THISPOINTINTIME LODGED A CLAIM OF FOUL AGAINST THE RIDER OF THE WINNER FOR ALLEGED INTERFERENCE IN THE STRETCH, AFTER REVIEW THE STEWARDS UPHELD THE ORIGINAL ORDER OF FINISH.
