Chart notes
ACE GILFORD tracked the early leader while racing near the inside, moved up from the outside of Elusive War and finished strongly to get up late while racing three deep under strong handling. ELUSIVE WAR sent along to set a clear early lead, continued a clear lead near the eighth pole and was wore down late to finish second best. MISTER K settled off the early pace, moved up four wide into the upper stretch and closed gamely late. TEXAS SKYWALKER was unhurried early on, moved up along the inside through the far turn, angled four wide and rallied gamely to the wire. BROTHER AARON stalked the pace, moved up from the inside to challenge near the quarter pole and flattened out in the drive. SR. BI BI stalked the pace, raced six deep near the three sixteenths pole and raced evenly through the stretch run. CHAMPAGNE STOOPER raced off the early pace, angled widest through the upper stretch and lacked a rally. SUNDAY BLING stalked the pace from the outside, raced five wide around the far turn and faded.
