Chart notes
DON'TPASSTHEPEPPER pressed the pace while racing four-wide, moved up to take command nearing the quarter and quickly drew off. DAZZLING MIST chased the leaders while racing three-wide, checked nearing the three-eighths marker, dropped back, raced off the rail through the turn and finished with good late energy. SUMMEROFTHESAMURAI was void of early speed, raced seven-wide through the turn and finished with a late bid. COLLECTING STARS settled off the leaders early, moved six-wide through the turn and lacked the needed closing response. ELEMENTAL raced off the pacesetters early, moved three-wide through the turn and finished evenly. J T'S LA NENA was forwardly placed from the inside and gradually gave way. PALACE STAR was off a step slow, raced unhurried early, raced four-wide through the turn and was not a factor. DATQUICKCAT was away in good order to set a pressured pace while racing three-wide and weakened after going a half. SALLY STANFORD showed brief speed and weakened.
