NITRO TIME took the lead nearing the three eighths pole and set a pressured pace, then dug in under steady handling and just lasted. COMPANY CLOWN chased through the backstretch, rounded the turn in the five path, dug in from the head of the lane to take second late yards and just missed. SHACKLEFORDS STORM chased and rounded the turn off the rail then dueled through the stretch to inch out KUKULKAN under the wire, while the latter gave chase through the backstretch and dueled through the stretch but was nipped from third under the wire. GOLDEN G chased through the backstretch, rounded the turn in the four and five paths and raced evenly in the lane. HEY CONGRATS contested the early pace, rounded the turn in the four path and weakened in the lane. PRINCE JERSEY TOWN chased from the start but pulled up sore approaching the quarter pole and was vanned off.
