Chart notes
RESPECT THE CODE bumped in the beginning, attended the pace three deep up the backstretch, challenged for the lead around the turn, took over with a furlong remaining and dug in to prevail. I'LL STAND TALLER bumped outer rival at the start, set the pace under pressure between up the backstretch, vied for command around the turn, lost the lead at the eight pole but fought back inside the winner and battled gamely to the wire. TIO MAGICO broke a step slow, settled outside a rival off the pace, went four then three wide around the turn, had pause behind a rival inside the eighth pole, angled to the inside then tipped out late and rallied for the show. TULSA TORNADO pressed from inside early, vied with a outside pair through the turn, fought to midstretch and faltered late. CREATIVE PEAK bobbled crossing over the dirt, tracked on the inside then two wide into the lane, moved out in the stretch and finished evenly. DERECHO DANDY traveled in mid-pack on the inside, saved ground to the stretch and failed to rally. GREGORY'S PRIDE broke in and bumped rival, settled in mid-pack off the rail or outside a rival, went two wide into the turn, angled four wide into the lane, moved out further in the stretch and failed to threaten. KIMMER brushed leaving the gate, settled inside, came two wide into the stretch, chased between in the lane and lacked rally. NILES CHANNEL off alertly from outside, chased the top trio off the rail, went two then three wide around the turn, steered out in the drive and lacked further response. NEPTUNE'S STORM got bumped on both sides in the beginning, settled early, went two wide into the turn, angled out and came five wide into the stretch, angled inside a rival and failed to menace. CLUB ASPEN bumped outer rival leaving the gate, bobbled crossing the dirt, trailed on the inside into the turn, saved ground through the turn and failed to menace. AWESOME RHYTHM bumped between at the start, dropped back early then was eased at the nine-sixteenths pole, pulled up past the half-mile pole and walked off.
