CRUZ IN THE CASTLE rated the pace inside, came under pressure nearing the three eighths pole, raced near the rail on the far turn and was steadily handled through the lane. KATALIMA settled close off the rail, eased out into the backstretch and started a bid toward the five sixteenths pole, raced in range of the lead in the three path on the far turn and cleared second later yards. SARAH'S WARRIOR settled off the pace about the four path, challenged nearing the three eighths pole, raced close off the rail on the far turn then flattened the final sixteenth. HOW IS SHE saved early ground, gave chase nearing the three eighths pole, rounded the far turn in the four and five paths, left the turn outside and passed rivals. BAYS CASTLE rounded the turns about the five path, gave chase from the three eighths pole but weakened into the lane. GLOBAL EMPRESS stalked the earlier pace about the three path, gave chase from the three eighths pole but weakened off the rail on the far turn. WEST VIRGINIA PAM stalked off the rail, picked up the chase from the three eighths pole but weakened at the rail on the far turn.
