Chart notes
UNISON took the lead at the half mile pole and rated the pace, widened at the rail on the turn and was kept alert through the stretch. MYSTIC O'SHAUNESIE chased outside, rounded the turn about the six path and dug in from the head of the lane to take second the final yards. ICING chased through the backstretch, raced near the rail on the turn and finished well for third the final strides. BERTRAM FLIGHT engaged in close chase through the backstretch, rounded the turn at the rail then flattened the final sixteenth. BEAR'S ESTATE chased inside, ran at the rail on the turn then flattened in the lane. TALKING TEDDY chased through the backstretch, rounded the turn about the five path and showed little in the lane. CATS DIAMOND BOY gave chase then flattened in the three path of the turn. A GREAT AFFAIR and IN HIGH GEAR were not factors.
