Chart notes
JAMESTOWN ROAD saved ground off the pace on the first turn then eased out into the backstretch, started a bid toward the three eighths pole, took the lead two deep past the quarter and was steadily handled in the lane. DAT DARES GOLD rated close inside, picked up the chase nearing the three eighths pole, rounded the far turn off the rail, entered the stretch about the three path then dueled for second mid-stretch. MADY ROSE rounded the first turn in the five path and entered the backstretch outside, gave chase nearing the three eighths pole, raced in the four path of the far turn and finished evenly to take third the final yards. STAY OUT moved to the rail and rated the pace, came under pressure at the three eighths pole, gave up the lead past the quarter pole then weakened the final sixteenth. TEMPORARILY exchanged contact with BELLAMY'SPARTYGIRL leaving the gate and settled close two deep on the first turn, gave chase from the seven sixteenths pole but weakened nearing the far turn, while the latter exchanged contact with the former leaving the gate, rounded the first turn in the four path and showed little response through the backstretch.
