Chart notes
ANTIPOISON rated along in the early stages, moved up strongly to make a three wide bid past the three eighths pole and drew off to be clear late under strong encouragement. PEPE AND HEYWOOD vied for the early lead from the inside and gave way grudgingly late to Antipoison. MASAI MAN pressed the early pace while racing between, dropped back a bit entering the far turn and kept on to the wire. NO FOOLING DUDE prompt the pace outside of foes and weakened in the drive. INSTIGATED settled off the early pace, raced near the inside around the far turn and had not enough in the drive. E J'S REVENGE raced mid pack early, was five to six wide through the upper stretch and lacked a rally. MR. MOSLEY stalked the pace, checked between rivals near the half mile pole, raced five deep near the three sixteenths pole and had no late run. LIFESPAN dropped back early, saved ground and never threatened. MR. WALSH raced off the pace, raced six deep into the upper stretch and never threatened.
