Chart notes
SHANGHAI CANDY saved ground off the pace then eased outward into the backstretch, bid approaching the three eighths pole, improved steadily from that point and raced in the six path of the far turn, dug in leaving the turn and dueled through the final yards to take the nod at the wire. SOUTHSIDE WARRIOR steadied early then settled in the four path, bid leaving the half mile pole, rounded the far turn in the four path then dug in through the lane but missed the nod under the wire. LOST IN MANHATTAN rated close inside, challenged toward the three eighths pole and dueled for the nod two deep at the quarter pole, contested the edge through the far turn, drifted into the stretch then flattened the final yards. THE IRON BANK saved early ground, bid leaving the three eighths pole and angled out through the far turn, entered the stretch widest and passed rivals in an even finish. MINECRAFTER rounded the first turn in the five path and settled off the pace, picked up the chase from the seven sixteenths pole, raced off the rail on the far turn then flattened the final sixteenth. SURE WOULD FOREST rounded the first turn in the four path then stalked from the seven eighths pole and took the lead at the nine sixteenths, dueled Lost In Manhattan from the seven sixteenths pole, but gave up the nod at the quarter, continued close off the rail on the far turn and weakened the final sixteenth. FRANKEE MERCH set the pace with a slim early lead, was met nearing the three quarter pole, gave chase into the backstretch but faded toward the far turn.
