Chart notes
CABRO TORO went to the front, drove clear, led throughout, was all out and held off a late running DIXIE STAR for the win. DIXIE STAR lacked early speed, made a wide steady gain and was getting to the winner. NINEJUANJUAN CALL raced in the middle of the field, showed late interest, proved no match for the top two, but got up for third. WOODS N WATER raced in the middle of the pack, came around the turn wide, made a bid and was outfinished for show. TWIRLING CHIEF raced within contention, lacked a late bid and put forth an even effort. SEEHOSS raced near the middle of the field and put forth an even try. R T'S D'ORO void of early speed, improved position, but was no factor. UNIFIED ASSETS raced evenly near the back and was never a threat. POPEYES HEART challenged for the early advantage and dropped back. SMART ANALYSIS pressed the pace and was finished early.
