GOLDEN ALCHEMIST was taken in hand early, raced in the three path on the first turn, was reserved off the pace, dropped from the three path to the two path on the far turn, shifted four wide into the stretch, rallied to take the lead into the final furlong and held under strong urging. ZAIN SARINDA (IRE) bumped with a rival at the start, went four wide on the first turn, settled towards the rear, started the far turn in the two path, shifted three then four wide later on that bend, swung six wide into the stretch, rallied outside into the final furlong and closed strongly but missed while clear for the place. WHAT A DUDE went three wide on the first turn, settled off the pace, saved ground on the far turn, shifted three wide into the stretch and improved for the show. AL'S ROCKET went three wide on the first turn, settled off the pace, went four then three wide on the far turn, came four wide into the stretch, moved out nearing the furlong marker and also improved position. TRANSACTIONAL (GB) pulled under restraint into the first turn, saved ground on that bend, was rated just off the pace, started the far turn in the two path, shifted three wide and bumped with a foe coming to the five-sixteenths, made an outside bid at the quarter-pole then took a short lead, lost the advantage to the winner into the final furlong and weakened. INFLATION ADJUSTED rounded the first turn in the two path, settled outside while just off the pace, went three wide early on the far turn, was bumped and shoved four wide at the five-sixteenths, came five wide into the stretch and lacked the needed kick. LEO MONTE raced in the three path on the first turn, moved in while in front early on the backstretch, showed the way through reasonable fractions, vied inside on the far turn, battled under a drive into the final furlong and gave way. RECKLESS SPIRIT was taken in hand early, saved ground on the first turn, was reserved towards the back, went two to three wide on the far turn and failed to rally. SOULMATE saved ground while settling off the pace, was asked some into upper stretch, lacked room behind horses coming to the furlong marker then moved out and also lacked the needed kick. LIAM'S BLUE MOON was fractious in the gate, showed early speed, raced inside to the two path on the first turn, was taken back off the pace late on that bend, switched to the outside then stalked the leader, was asked in the two path on the far turn and came up empty. SON OF LIBERTY was fractious in the gate, broke in and bumped with a foe, went three to four wide on the turns, came five wide into the stretch and was no factor. HILLIARD was last to commence then had his path taken, lagged at the rear in the two path, was taken well out into the course leaving the far turn and was eased but walked off.
