Chart notes
BREAKING STONES tracked the pace on the outside, issued a challenge in the three then four path around the turn, took the lead outside the quarter-pole, shook clear while moving inward into upper stretch and drew away under strong urging. BRUNATE was hustled from the start, chased the pace on the outside, went four then five wide on the turn, chased the winner into upper stretch and proved no match while clear for the place. MOTION TO STRIKE brushed with a rival at the start, was urged along while contesting the pace on the inside of an opponent, vied along the rail on the turn and weakened while able to get the show. THE MET settled off the pace, was urged three wide on the turn, came four wide into the stretch and failed to rally. BOX OF JOE settled on the outside at the rear, was urged along while three to four wide on the turn, came five wide into the stretch and failed to threaten. R BOY CHEEKUM brushed with a rival at the start, settled between horses, was urged along in the two path while still between foes on the turn and came up empty. READY TO MARCH showed good speed, disputed the pace on the outside then in the two path on the turn and faded. EXXTOP was hustled from the gate then urged along on the inside, saved ground on the inside of foes on the turn and had nothing left.
