Chart notes
STEVETHEVANDRIVER exchanged contact with Primetime Jet on the chute then set a pressured pace inside, contested the edge at the rail on the turn, left the turn clear and held on well with steady handling. SETTLEMENT DATE chased inside, raced near the rail on the turn, eased three wide into the lane then dueled through later yards for second. SUPER JORDAN pressured the pace and contested at a close disadvantage two deep on the turn, but dropped back into the stretch and was outfinished for second in later yards. GOLDEN G chased through the backstretch, raced between horses on the turn, was forced four wide leaving the turn and ran evenly in the lane. FROGGY THE GREMLIN chased outside, raced three wide on the turn, was carried out leaving the turn and flattened in the lane. PRIMETIME JET was jostled on the chute then gave chase and saved ground on the turn. LION OF THE SEA exchanged contact with Primetime Jet on the chute then gave chase outside, steadied between horses past the quarter pole and weakened on the turn. Jefferson Native became fractious in the gate and was a late scratch.
