Chart notes
TRICK QUESTION set the pace along the inside, responded readily when set down entering the lane, shook free from a pursuing MY AUNT SNOOKIE in upper stretch, and continued to inch away through the final furlong. MY AUNT SNOOKIE broke a step slowly, stalked along the inside, took aim outside of the leader entering the lane, but only managed to chase that foe while proving second best. SWEET CHABLIS laid off of the pace in the three to two paths around the turn, gained show from outer rivals leaving the quarter pole, ran on while chasing the top pair, and staved off an inner rival for show late. VIVACIOUSLY was outsprinted by the rest of the group and lagged behind early on, saved ground while picking up stride turning for home, then stayed on well along the rail through the lane, but failed to reach show. MO LOVIN chased two wide and from between horses, but failed to sustain position at the half mile pole, and steadily gave way around the turn. TEASE ME NOT hopped at the start while off of slow, laid off of the pace in the three path, ranged closer in the four path turning for home, but flattened out in upper stretch. BANK ON IT stalked three to two wide, but weakened in the three path between horses passing the five sixteenths pole.
