Chart notes
EL SAMURO set the early pace inside, stayed on when challenged through the second turn, dueled through the lane, came again late, edged ahead and held. INDIAN BUZZ vied for the early lead on the outside, moved up and edged ahead through the second turn, dueled with the winner through the lane and lacked the needed late kick. KOBLA MAS allowed to settle, saved ground through the turns, fanned widest into the stretch, then closed well to gain the show. SEVENTY SEVENTYCAT never far back, lost some ground three and four wide through the second turn, came four wide into the stretch and passed tiring rivals. EXCHEQUER well placed and outside, held position three wide through the second turn, bid on that path into the lane, then drifted in and faded. CENTERFOLDPROSPECT tracked the pace and faded through the second turn.
