Chart notes
TRADEMARK vied for the early lead from along the inside, dropped back to stalk the pace nearing the backstretch, moved up along the outside to take the lead after five furlongs, settled into the stretch with a clear lead and gradually increased his advantage late. STOLEN BASE was allowed to settle in stride, rallied behind the winner on the turn, was unable to reach that one but was clearly second best. RED DANGER was unhurried early, moved up three-wide on the turn, split rivals nearing the quarter pole and finished in a mild rally. ACTUATOR broke in to bump Play Action Pass, then was reserved off the pace, angled to the inside, steadied nearing the seven-sixteenths pole running up on horses heels, angled out and was unable to recover. FIGHTER IN THE WIN set the pace for five furlongs and gave way when headed. PLAY ACTION PASS was bumped at the start, then moved up to stalk the pace for five furlongs while three-wide and tired.
