Chart notes
NORTHERN JOURNEY chase the early speed on the inside, rallied in mid stretch and angled off the rail, closed determinedly and was up in final strides. DIVA POWER set the pace with a clear lead, remained clear in mid stretch and was caught in the last jumps. CAT'S RHYTHM was never far back on the inside, angled out three wide in the stretch, closed fast and was gaining. PENNY SHOTS tracked three wide throughout and went evenly late. PISTOL PACKIN BOS raced close up four wide and was through after a half. HAMPTON DANCER had brief foot, stopped and was eased, to the wire and walked off.
