Chart notes
LAKE NAKURU was reserved early, advanced on the turn two wide, shifted in leaving the turn and closed well to get up in time under a drive. CLOSER LOOK was away alerty to set the pace on the inside and going swiftly, drew out on the backstretch and was still clear leaving the turn, dug in grudgingly but was caught late. LADDIE LIAM was allowed to settle, advanced on the inside, came out leaving the turn under left handed crop urging, then was gaining late. MOTI was settled back early, advanced three wide on the trun, bumped and forced wide leaving the turn and then rallied late. KRACHENWAGEN tracked the pace and then chased the pace three wide on the turn, then was bumped soundly leaving the turn and tired in the drive. CAPTAIN CARDO failed to menace. The rider on MOTI claimed foul against LADDIE LIAM, then objection was allowed and LADDIE LIAM was placed fifth
