Chart notes
UPTOWN BELLE stalked the pace from the three path the first turn, closed to the front leaving the seven sixteenths pole and drew clear toward the five sixteenths, widened at the rail on the far turn and was steadily handled in the lane. WHY LEA rounded the first turn in the four path then stalked into the backstretch, gave chase nearing the three eighths pole, raced off the rail on the far turn then dug in through the lane to hold second. MANGORITA settled close off the rail the first turn, bid leaving the three eighths pole, rounded the far turn about the three path and ran evenly in the lane. PRINCESS MIA ROSE took a quick early lead and rated the pace inside, was met leaving the seven sixteenths pole, gave chase from that point but faded at the rail on the far turn. LICENSE TO CARRY rounded the opening turn in the five path, bid leaving the three eighths pole and raced off the rail on the far turn, then flattened stride. JASIRA saved ground on the first turn then eased out entering the backstretch, bid nearing the three eighths pole but flattened in the five path of the far turn. AMERICAN LEGACY rated close to the early pace inside then faded through the backstretch.
