Chart notes
JERSEY HOTTIE was forwardly placed from the three path then made a bid into the turn to talk the lead at the quarter pole and drew clear. FOLLOW THE SAINT raced in the middle of the pack on the inside to the final turn then angled out to three or four wide and held on to the place. EAGLEOVERTHEMOON was unhurried to the final turn made a rail bid on the turn then slipped between horses at the sixteenths pole and just missed the place. HERE COMES LOVIE tracked the leaders through the final turn then went four wide in upper stretch but failed to menace. SAVANNAH'S HERE vied for the lead from the inside to the quarter pole and gave way. DEAL ME A PENNY rushed to the lead, was pressured for a half and tired. SHE'S TAKIN OVER trailed the field early and improved position late. START WELL was not a factor. KISS GOODBYE was not a threat.
