Chart notes
HOOSIER tracked the trio of embattled leaders from the three to four paths around the turn, loomed a danger in the five path and outside of them entering the lane, felt a strong crack from a left handed crop to bid in upper stretch, drove clear leaving the furlong grounds, and was put to wraps nearing the wire. MAIN DUDE chased along the inside, altered course outwardly in midstretch, the stayed on to reach place at the wire. MYSTERIOUS SPIRIT vied for the lead inside of a pair of foes while a bit off of the rail, but was outkicked by an outer bidder in upper stretch, then got nailed for place by an outer rival at the wire. ASTROLOGYSPROTEGE sparred for the lead outside of a pair of foes while in the four path around the turn, but was outkicked by an outer bidder in upper stretch, and yielded between horses in the final sixteenth. TUCKER THE GRUMP vied for the lead in the three path whilst between a pair of rivals, but weakened on his left lead at the three sixteenths pole.
