Chart notes
SECRET CASTLE stalked from the three path the first turn, bid nearing the three eighths pole and raced in the four path of the far turn, dug in through the final furlong and took over later yards. MISS WAVE took the lead nearing the three quarter pole and moved to the inside to rate the pace, came under pressure nearing the three eighths pole, contested the edge nearest the rail on the far turn, dug in leaving the turn but was caught later yards and flattened toward the wire. JAMESTOWN ROAD rounded the first turn about the four path then stalked into the backstretch, gave chase leaving the three eighths pole, raced in the three path on the far turn and ran evenly through the lane. MANAROLA rated close inside on the first turn, picked up the chase toward the three eighths pole then steadied in tight at the rail past the sixteenth pole. COACH RUBE stalked off the rail, challenged approaching the three eighths pole, contested at a close disadvantage two deep on the far turn but dropped back past the eighth pole and flattened the final sixteenth. GRACE ELIZABETH saved ground. U S FUNDS rounded the first turn in the five path, was through early, collapsed post race but got up and walked into the van.
