EIGHT AND SAND four wide in pursuit from just off the top pair, came under coaxing at the five-sixteenths, swung five to six wide into upper stretch taking over command and drew clear under a drive to prevail. ITSALITTLEBITFUNNY five then four wide in pursuit from just off the pace, came under coaxing at the three-eighths, swung five to six wide into upper stretch, kept on to chase the winner home clear of the rest and along second best. REUNION TOUR chased along the inside coming under coaxing at the three-eighths, spun just off the inside into upper stretch and improved position to secure the show honors. OUR SON JAKE got bumped and was forced to steady at the start when pinched out between foes, chased five to six paths off the inside down the backstretch and then three wide through the turn, continued three wide into upper stretch and passed tired rivals. TIZA BROWN bumped at the start, chased three wide under coaxing from the three-eighths, angled six wide into upper stretch and passed tired foes. ESCAPE MISSION prompted the pace of CHIEF ENGINEER from the outside three wide, came under coaxing when taking command five-sixteenths from home, spun three wide into upper stretch and yielded the front straightened away, then tired to the finish. PATRICK THE GREAT got bumped at the start in a chain of bumping begun by DANCING WITH RICO, chased four wide down the backstretch and then just off the inside through the turn, angled four wide into upper stretch and tired. DANCING WITH RICO bobbled at the break recovering outwards and commencing a chain of bumping from CHIEF ENGINEER out through to PATRICK THE GREAT and causing the pressure that pinched back OUR SON JAKE, chased just off the inside under a ride from the three-eighths, went seven wide into upper stretch and tired. UNCLE BRUCE chased along the inside coming under coaxing at the three-eighths, angled five wide into upper stretch and made no impact. HEREBY chased along the inside under a ride from three furlongs out, spun just off the inside into upper stretch and never got involved. RED JET bumped at the start, chased three to four wide under coaxing from midway on the turn, went eight wide into upper stretch and never menaced. CHIEF ENGINEER got bumped at the start by DANCING WITH RICO, who recovered outwards from a bobble, showed the way lightly coaxed along in the two path under pressure to the outside, got headed for the front with five-sixteenths to go, spun just off the inside into upper stretch and faltered. Please note that EIGHT AND SAND was found to have Phenylbutazone in a post race sample and was disqualified from any part of the purse pursuant to rules 4043.2, 4043,3, 4043.4, 4043.5, 4022.12, and 4022.13.
