Chart notes
FORT ZANNA saved ground well off the early pace, bid leaving the seven sixteenths pole, gained steadily at the rail through the far turn and dug in for the lead mid-stretch. AT THE GATE moved to the inside and rated the pace, came under pressure leaving the five sixteenths pole, rounded the far turn near the rail, drifted leaving the turn, dug in under steady encouragement but was caught inside the sixteenth pole. COFFEE BEAN stalked off the rail the first turn, picked up the chase from the three eighths pole, drifted leaving the far turn, got up for third mid-stretch and finished well at the outside flank of the pace-setter. SERIOUS MOMENT rated close inside on the first turn, bid nearing the three eighths pole, raced close off the rail on the far turn then flattened mid-stretch. REGGAETONI stalked from the four path the first turn, bid approaching the three eighths pole but flattened off the rail on the far turn. KOKOLORES rounded the first turn well back in the three path on the first turn and was never a factor. MIDNIGHT PASS stalked the early pace about the three path, picked up the chase from the seven sixteenths pole but weakened into the far turn. MY BEST GIRL rounded the opening turn in the three and four paths and was not a factor.
