Chart notes
LEXOPHILIA settled off the leaders from the inside, remained inside for the drive, reached the fore with a furlong to run and edged away. LILA'S LUCKY LADY was reserved just off the leaders early, moved up four-wide to offer a bid nearing the quarter, gained a brief lead but could not match strides with the winner late. KALLINIKI chased the leaders while racing four-wide, moved up to offer a bid nearing the five-sixteenths pole and gained a brief lead and gave way. AND I KNOW raced off the leaders early, moved three-wide through the second turn, angled out approaching the stretch and finished evenly. COLLECTING STARS lacked early foot, raced three-wide through the second turn, angled out in mid-stretch and did not threaten. SUPERSTAR BEA was void of early speed, saved ground through the second turn and was not a factor. PIPER ROSE showed no early speed, raced three-wide through the second turn and did not offer a bid. CANTERBURY GOLD set a pressured pace from the inside for five furlongs and weakened. ELEGANT CRICKET pressed the pace of CANTERBURY GOLD while racing three-wide and weakened after going five-eighths. THE RACE WAS HAND TIMED.
