Chart notes
SOUTH HOUSE stalked the early pace and then rated off the pace setter on the turn, made a three wide bid nearing the quarter pole, then edged clear late after a long drive to prove best. ONE TOUGH ROSE set the early pace on the inside, shook clear on the turn, then dug in gamely in the furlong grounds but could not hold off the winner despite running on to the wire, second best. MAGIC IN ME was rated early on the inside, angled out leaving the quarter pole and made a four wide bid leaving the turn but flattened out, bested rest. FAIRY DUST chased the pace on the inside and weakened. HUFFLEPUFF was settled three to four wide and had no rally. GLOSSY MADRINA failed to menace.
