Chart notes
ONE IN VERMILLION was away alertly to set a pressured pace, opened a clear margin nearing the five-sixteenths marker, responded when challenged by MAN CHILD with a furlong to run, vied and held gamely. MAN CHILD stalked the leaders while racing three-wide, moved up to engage the winner with a furlong to run, vied and just missed. LOUDMOUTHSOUP showed no early speed, raced three-wide through the turn, angled out in mid-stretch and finished with good energy. FLEET OF FLAGS tracked the leaders from the inside, angled out in mid-stretch and gave way. KATAR raced off the pacesetters early, moved five-wide through the turn, checked into the lane and finished evenly. ACCELERITAS was void of early foot, raced three-wide through the turn was bumped nearing the three-sixteenths pole and failed to rally. BIG CREED lacked early speed, saved ground through the turn, angled out nearing the three-sixteenths pole, bumped with NOBLE CRUSADER and did not threaten. HI YAH was forwardly placed early, moved three-wide through the turn, angled out further into the stretch and gave way. NOBLE CRUSADER settled off the leaders early, moved four-wide through the turn, was bumped and bobbled nearing the three-sixteenths pole and was not urged late.
