Chart notes
MR. B CAUSE chased the leaders from the middle of the pack, made a three wide bid on the turn and took the lead at the sixteenths pole and held on. DARE TO FAIL was allowed to settle around the first turn then steadily advanced on the backstretch, made a four wide bid on the turn to make a late rally and just missed. POPEYES HEART vied for the lead from the inside to the final turn then took a brief lead at the eighth pole, was headed at the sixteenth pole but was game to the wire. MR. WIMBLEDON BAY went to the front under pressure to the final turn then was headed at the eighth pole and tired. ALLIGATOR CRAWL trailed.
