Chart notes

ONE MORE BID stalked the pace on the inside, moved off the rail on the backstretch, took aim two wide into the drive, fought between rivals in the final furlong, took over late and held the runner-up at bay. BALNIKHOV (IRE) reserved on the inside at the back, tipped out three wide while gaining on the far turn, rallied three deep but could not get by ONE MORE BID in the final strides. SUMTER cleared the field early and crossed over to the inside, set the pace to the far turn, remained unchallenged while saving ground into the stretch, challenged by outside rivals with a furlong left to run, held a short lead into the final sixteenth and yielded late. I'M A GAMBLER (IRE) settled along the inside early on, moved into range up the backstretch, saved ground through the far turn, asked in the lane but finished evenly while moving off the fence. HANDY DANDY stalked the pace outside a rival or off the rail, traveled three deep at the quarter pole then two wide into the stretch and lacked a late bid. TIME TO PARTY was taken back early and moved into the two path, moved out and went three then four wide on the far turn, came back to the three path entering the stretch and had little left for the drive.
