Chart notes
MARKS PROMISE went to an early pressured lead to set the pace then inched away at the three furlong and drew off. SETTLE ON SOMETHIN was four wide into the first turn then stalked the pace from the three path was coaxed at the five sixteenths pole and chased the winner home. BUCK'S GLORY was allowed to settle in the two path to the final turn then was coaxed at the quarter pole and was best of the rest. ASTROLOGYSPROTEGE was placed off the pace in the three path to the five sixteenths pole and weakened. PINK HIGGINS raced in the middle of the pack on the inside but was not a threat. CARLOS' BLAST as four wide into the first turn then was unhurried down the backstretch and was outrun.
