Chart notes
MEXICAN WONDER BOY was roused to take the lead and set the pace from the inside, dug in entering the stretch, drifted out and brushed with SEAU in mid stretch but drew clear. SEAU vied for the lead from the two path through the final turn then was brushed by MEXICAN WONDER BOY in mid stretch, had to steady slightly and proved second best. MILITARY BEARING was reluctant to load into the gates, then was allowed to settle while saving ground to the final turn then moved out to three wide in upper stretch and made a late gain. DUST EM was four wide into the first turn then pressed the pace from the three path to the three sixteenths pole and gave way. JOCKEY OBJECTION, JOCKEY OF SEAU CLAIMED FOUL AGAINST THE JOCKEY OF MEXICAN WONDER BOY FOR ALLEGED INTERFERENCE IN MID STRETCH, AFTER A STEWARD REVIEW THE CLAIM OF FOUL WAS DISALLOWED.
