Chart notes
FORT PIKE sprinted to the lead to set the pace from the inside, was headed at the quarter pole and dug in and held on. BOSTON BELLE was placed off the pace, moved out to three wide in upper stretch and just missed. IN FOR A PENNY dueled in the second flight from the inside in the early stages then moved out on the turn and made a four to five wide rally in the stretch. YES I'M A LADY tracked the leaders through the turn then made a rail bid in the stretch but was too late. ROARING QUINN broke in and bumped LA LA LATTE at the start then dueled early in the second flight made a three wide bid at the five sixteenths pole but lacked the late response. MOODY RAFAELA was hustled along to vie for the lead then engaged the leader at the quarter pole and gave way. GOLD CHAIN was void of the early speed raced wide around the turn then was seven wide into the stretch to improve position. LA LA LATTE was bumped by ROARING QUINN at the start, dueled in the second flight in the early stages made a bid at the five sixteenths pole and dropped back. LIVVY LOU dueled in the second flight in the early stages and was not a threat.
