MOON DOG controlled the pace then rapidly extended his long advantage while ridden out to the final yards. EMPEROR'S CAUSE settled well off the pace then closed well to gain the place. ITWASTHEDEVILSIDEA raced in closest pursuit of the winner to midstretch and tired. SENSIBLE JIM chased outside and began fading on the final turn.
