Chart notes
BARBARIAN sprinted clear at once, raced three-wide while setting the pace, increased his advantage into the lane and was ridden out to the wire. GUARDSMAN PASS showed no early speed, advanced from the inside through the second turn, was no match for the winner in the drive but clearly second best. HIGH FLYIN TIGER raced six-wide through both turns, lacked early speed and finished evenly in the drive. MORE ACTION was forwardly placed early, moved four-wide through the second turn and failed to gain in the drive. BEL RAGAZZO raced four-wide through the first turn, was never far back, moved five-wide through the second turn and weakened in the drive. ATLATL settled off the leaders early, moved four-wide through the second turn and weakened. TWIST OF FATE chased the leaders while racing three-wide and weakened after going three-quarters. LAZARUS COME FORTH raced five-wide through the first turn, lacked early foot and did not offer a bid.
