Chart notes
HOT AS BLUE BLAZES dueled on the lead throughout, was headed in mid stretch while between horses, came again and drew clear late under firm handling. DONNARUMMA was well placed early, swung wide in the stretch, drew even mid stretch, was outfinished late but was second best. ASHWICKEN was allowed to settle early, rallied on the inside and gained a slight lead and weakened late. LITTLE FOUR dueled on the lead and weakened in mid stretch. IMA SURE BET pressed the pace on the rail and gave way in the stretch. ICY RAIN was outrun.
