Chart notes
DIAMOND COOL set the pace in the two path, was cued to open up under right handed encouragement turning into the lane, went clear, and was wrapped up late. FORTHELOVEOFART stalked along the inside, was roused while tipping out to the four path turning into the stretch, evened out and held place. ADIOS PAPA CHICO brushed with an inner foe out of the gate, tracked in the five path but flattened in the stretch for show. ETRETAT brushed with an outer foe at the start, pressed the pace in the three path but yielded turning into the lane. FIFTY ONE FIFTY trailed from the six path early and never menaced. W. P. CADET chased in the three path but was empty in the stretch.
