BELLA MELA rated the pace inside, was pressured nearing the quarter pole and widened at the rail on the turn, then held on under steady stretch handling. IMPRESSIONISM settled off the rail on the opening turn then eased outward into the backstretch, started a bid leaving the three eighths pole, raced near the rail on the far turn, eased three wide into the lane, dueled clear for second inside the sixteenth pole and was gaining on the winner late. KEEP ON SPURRIN rated close inside, picked up the chase toward the three eighths pole, raced off the rail on the far turn then flattened the final sixteenth. LUCKY BLONDE stalked off the rail, challenged approaching the three eighths pole but dropped back toward the quarter and flattened at the rail on the far turn. BEST VIRGINIA rounded the first turn about the three path, picked up the chase nearing the seven sixteenths pole but weakened in the three path of the far turn.
