MRS. CREWS dueled three wide for the lead, dueled on the turn, battled it out with SPIRIT OR SPITE through the stretch drive and edged away late. SPIRIT OR SPITE dueled between rivals for command, dueled on the turn, dug in gamely inside of the winner in the stretch drive and yielded grudgingly.
